EarthQuaker Devices Black Eye Limited Edition Hammertone Clean Boost

The Black Eye Boost returns in this limited-edition Hammertone finish, offering a discrete MOSFET clean boost with up to nearly 30dB of gain. Designed to add minimal tonal coloration, it can lift your signal cleanly, drive an amp or pedal into natural breakup and sustain, or serve as a high-quality buffer at the end of an effects chain.

The Boost control can also be used as an attenuator when turned counter-clockwise from its noon position. While the pedal does not create distortion or overdrive on its own, its substantial output can push downstream pedals or amplifiers into saturated tones.

Built one at a time in Akron, Ohio, the Black Eye uses mechanical true-bypass switching and is designed to preserve signal clarity throughout your setup.
