Aside from being a good ol' fashioned brick & mortar real life store, Found Sound also offer click & collect, and express shipping worldwide.

In store pickup is available at 110 Albert Street, Brunswick East, Victoria 3057 during business hours. An email will be sent to advise when your purchase is ready for pickup.

We generally get most packages booked in on the day of purchase during the week, if not the following day.

Domestic parcels are shipped via Australia Post, TOLL, TNT or Startrack. All international parcels are sent via FedEx or DHL unless your location is in a difficult or expensive location for us to ship to, in which case it will be sent via Australia Post.

We offer free postage within Australia on non-bulky new items above $200, with a volumetric shipping weight below 6kg, provided you aren't in a remote area, or a huge distance from Melbourne. Free shipping does not always include areas in far north QLD, NT, WA or TAS or any non-metropolitan or remote areas within Australia. If there is an item without a postage cost specified, please contact us with your address & we will respond with a quote.
