The Markbass Mini CMD 121P is a compact 1x12" bass combo amplifier featuring the Combo Head II amplifier, delivering 300 watts RMS through its internal speaker or up to 500 watts RMS when connected to a compatible extension cabinet. Combining substantial output with a portable enclosure, the Mini CMD 121P provides a versatile amplification system for rehearsals, recording and live performance.

The combo features a custom 12" neodymium speaker paired with a piezo tweeter, providing a balanced response across the bass guitar's frequency range. Its rear-ported bass reflex enclosure supports low-frequency reproduction while maintaining a compact footprint. Weighing approximately 14.1kg, the Mini CMD 121P offers a practical alternative to larger bass amplifier and cabinet combinations.

The Combo Head II amplifier features a four-band EQ with independent Low, Mid-Low, Mid-High and High controls. Two additional tone-shaping filters provide further flexibility: VLE (Vintage Loudspeaker Emulator) progressively attenuates high frequencies for a warmer, more rounded response, while VPF (Variable Preshape Filter) reduces midrange frequencies while emphasising the low and high frequencies.

The amplifier delivers 300W RMS into its internal 8-ohm speaker. Connecting a compatible 8-ohm extension cabinet reduces the total impedance to 4 ohms, allowing the amplifier to deliver its full 500W RMS output across both cabinets.

Connectivity includes a balanced XLR input, balanced XLR line output with ground lift, dedicated tuner output and an effects loop with send and return connections. A speakON external speaker output allows the combo to be expanded with an additional cabinet.
