A 2-channel all-in-one DJ system designed for performance, practice and installation in bars or small venues. The XDJ-RX3 combines the portable format of its predecessor with features drawn from the CDJ-3000 multi player and DJM-900NXS2 mixer, including a redesigned 10.1-inch touchscreen.
Play rekordbox-analysed tracks directly from USB drives, or connect a laptop to use rekordbox Performance mode. The XDJ-RX3 is also compatible with Serato DJ Pro via plug-and-play connection.
The high-resolution, high-frame-rate 10.1-inch touchscreen uses a new interface for browsing music and controlling effects. Its browse section is derived from the CDJ-3000, while Playlist Bank provides one-touch access to four favourite playlists. Touch Preview allows auditioning any part of a track without loading it to a deck. The display can also switch between pad status, Beat FX and X-Pad views.
CDJ-3000-derived 3Band Waveform support shows the volume levels across different frequency ranges in rekordbox-analysed tracks, while Phrase Display assists with track navigation and mixing. Each jog wheel includes a central LCD Colour On Jog Display for track information or artwork, plus an individual Feeling Adjust dial to tailor jog-wheel resistance.
The effects section includes 14 Beat FX and 6 Sound Color FX from the DJM-900NXS2, alongside Performance Pads and newly added Release FX for creative transitions. A revised audio design is intended to reduce unwanted external noise and deliver clear, natural sound.
