Vintage 1970s Japanese 'Dove' copy steel-string dreadnought from the Terada factory with 3-Ply Spruce top, maple neck (V-shaped), back and sides, and lovely, intricate features such as thick Dove-style design tortoiseshell pickguard, rosewood moustache bridge with pearloid dove inlays, rosewood fretboard and pearloid split trapezoid inlays.
Made in Japan.
Includes hard case. Modified with a 9v battery-powered piezo pickup (strap button output socket).
There is a small crack that has been repaired at the bottom of the guitar (it appears to be opening ever so slightly however it is not structural, nor is it all the way through).
Originally this model would have had a late 1960s-style ADJ (adjustable) bridge however the cavity has been filled with solid rosewood with a standard bone saddle fitted allowing the solid top to be driven and resonate clearly with plenty of definition and body.
