This series is wired with traditional Gretsch controls— featuring individual pickup volume controls, master volume, a standby switch and the classic three-position tone switch—allowing you to blend and shape the pickups' sound, creating countless tonal variations. With the Gretsch “Squeezebox” paper-in-oil capacitors, this guitar has incredibly silky vintage high end. A “rocking” bar bridge with pinned rosewood base, combined with the Bigsby B6 vibrato tailpiece allows for stable tuning. The standard “U”-shaped maple neck is paired with a 12”-radius rosewood fingerboard, along with 22 vintage small frets. This guitar is stylish and classic, with gold G-arrow control knobs, aged white binding, black purfling, aged pearloid Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays, as well as a rosewood headcap.
