Klinger '60s Sound - Germanium Fuzz (AC151 & OC42)

The fuzz that turns every frown upside down - even the most self proclaimed Luddites will be renouncing their lutes and flutes to get at this classic fuzz.

Based on the classic fuzz face, this unit uses 2 gain, leakage, noise and tone selected NOS AC151 and Mullard OC42 (Made in Britain) germanium transistors for the classic vintage overdrive to fuzz sounds.

This is a slightly modified Fuzz Face circuit aiming for a tone that works with both humbuckers and single coils. More volume and modified fuzz character adds tightness to the bottom end without losing the huge fuzz sound.
