The Electro-Harmonix Pico Shimmer is a compact ambient reverb pedal combining shimmer processing, modulation, delay and synthesis-inspired textures. Based on the shimmer algorithms developed for the Oceans series, the Pico Shimmer ranges from traditional octave-enhanced reverbs through to lush synth-like pads and glitchy, granular atmospheres.
Three selectable scenes provide distinct flavours of ambience, while the Voice control morphs between plate reverb, shimmer and string-like textures. Infinite reverb can also be engaged momentarily for sustained drones and evolving soundscapes.
