Made in Japan in the 1990s, the Greco APW-500 was Greco's wood-bodied take on the classic Dan Armstrong lucite guitars, keeping the stripped-back look and feel but in a much lighter package. Slim double cut body with a maple neck and 24 fret rosewood board, feels somewhere between an SG and a late ‘80s shred guitar without fully leaning into either.
Loaded with a single “Rock Bullet” rail humbucker with straightforward volume and tone controls, along with Gotoh tuners and a hardtail bridge. Lightweight at 2.7kg.
