Modern Player series was made in China in the 2000s. This is a solid take on the Mustang, with 24" Jaguar-type short-scale length, dynamic floating bridge vibrato tailpiece, a pair of MP-90 pickups, Mustang dual switching (on/off/phase), with a bit more punch and midrange than the traditional single coil setup. The vibrant pearloid pickguard adds a touch of class. More modern spec updates include lightweight pine body, flatter fretboard radius and medium jumbo frets.
