A compact modeller released in 2008, the Valvetronix series keeps the hybrid Valve Reactor design from the previous AV series but has more amp models, more effects, and a deeper preset system.
Under the hood it has a 12AX7 in the power section to mimic the behaviour of a real tube, going into a solid-state amp for the final 15 watts, feeling more responsive than a digital amp, with some push and sag you’d expect from a valve amp.
