The Modor NF-1k takes the distinctive sound engine of the original NF-1 and expands it into a fully integrated performance instrument. This is not just a desktop synth with keys added – it's a deeper, more expressive platform built for hands-on playing, sound design and composition.

At the centre is a premium 49-key Fatar keybed with weighted action and polyphonic aftertouch, giving you detailed control over every note. A long, responsive pitch touch strip is paired with two dedicated modulation strips, opening up expressive performance options well beyond traditional wheels.

Under the hood, the NF-1k doubles the power of the original. A newly developed voice board brings 16 voices of polyphony and introduces 2-part multitimbrality, allowing you to layer, split or sequence two independent patches at once. Whether you're building complex textures or performing live, it adapts easily to your workflow.

Creative tools like a MIDI-syncable arpeggiator, chord mode, hold function, and unison mode with detune and stereo spread turn the NF-1k into a serious idea generator. Combined with Modor's unique oscillators and highly musical filter designs, it's an instrument that rewards exploration and encourages long sessions of playing and experimentation.
