Matsumoku-built Pearl Tele-style model made for the German market during the 1970s. Features a 24 3/4" scale length, rosewood fretboard and a thicker maple neck profile than typically seen on Japanese guitars from the period. Loaded with Japanese-made (Maxon) Tele-style pickups that appear slightly wider than standard Telecaster units, wired to a classic 3-way selector with master volume and tone controls.
This example has had the original tuners replaced with Schaller tuners and has been converted to a string-through-body design. Weighs 3.6 kg.
Includes hard case. Original tone knob has been replaced.
