KAOSS PAD V brings the iconic touch-based effects processor back with a modern performance workflow, expanded effects, and a redesigned interface built for today’s creators. With dual-touch control, advanced vocal processing, and flexible connectivity, it gives vocalists, guitarists, producers, and performers an immediate, expressive way to shape sound in real time.
New to KAOSS PAD V is dual-touch operation, allowing two parameters to be controlled at once for evolving textures and dynamic movement. A next-generation Voice FX engine expands vocal possibilities with harmonies, vocoder layers, and pitch-based effects, while a dedicated Hi-Z input lets guitars and basses connect directly without extra hardware. A refreshed library of classic and modern KAOSS effects is joined by program editing and onboard preset saving.
Designed to slot easily into studio, stage, and streaming setups, KAOSS PAD V can process mic, line, and USB audio simultaneously. The integrated USB audio interface simplifies recording, monitoring, and live streaming, while an updated audio path and power circuit ensure low-noise, stable performance.
Sampling and looping tools allow up to eight bars of capture, real-time overdubbing, BPM-synced Step Hold, and multiple playback and slicing modes, making KAOSS PAD V a powerful tool for live remixing, looping, and sound design.
