The Doepfer A-110-2 is a streamlined analogue VCO built for tight spaces without cutting corners. Based on a sawtooth core, it outputs saw, triangle, and pulse waveforms—with manual and CV-controlled pulse width modulation for added character. Both linear and exponential FM inputs are on board, along with hard and soft sync for shaping harmonics. A three-way octave toggle replaces the older rotary switch, making quick tuning shifts more practical. While there’s no sine out, the triangle wave can be converted with an A-184-2. A solid choice for compact rigs chasing classic oscillator tones.
