COVID-19 FAQ*

 

Q: Must I mask? 

A: Restrictions remain in place across Victoria that require anyone aged 12 years old & over to wear a fitted face mask, unless an exception applies.

Our premises are not the place to have a debate on the topic of mask wearing, and intimidating and disrespectful behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated. 

 

Q: Do I have to present my vaccination certificate?

As with all non-essential retail in Metro Melbourne & Victoria Found Sound are presently not required to check vaccination certificates of our customers upon entry.

Q: Can I pick up my online order?

A: Yes. Please let our staff know via email or phone call when you'll be coming in to collect your order and we'll make sure it's ready to go. Don't forget a proof of ID. 

 

Q: Can I browse your store? I’m looking for a new noise-maker!

A: Found Sound are open for in store browsing! Our staff will also be available online and over the phone with great advice, and in-hand descriptions of any item.

 

Q: Are you still taking on repairs/servicing stringed instruments?

A: Yes we are. Before bringing the instrument in please give us a call or send us an email with the details of the instrument and the repair/service you require. 

 

Q: Are you still taking on consignments?

A: Yes we are. Please give us a call or send us an email beforehand with the details of the item you’re looking to sell and we’ll see if it's suitable for us to sell.

 

We are still offering Click & Collect.
We will notify you once your order is ready to be collected.


Our online store is still in full swing and our sanitised staff will be packing and shipping orders in our usual timely manner. We are ready as always to answer any queries online or over the phone too.
