Until advised that it’s safe to do otherwise we are engaging (like you) in relative social distancing. We'll be available for you to click and collect, and for in-store browsing up to a time limit of 10 minutes max per group of two.
Our online store is still in full swing and our sanitised staff will be packing and shipping orders in our usual timely manner. We are ready as always to answer any queries online or over the phone. Q: Can I pick up my online order?
A: Yes. Please let our staff know via email or phone call when you'll be coming in to collect your order and we'll make sure it's ready to go. Don't forget a proof of ID.
Q: Can I browse your store? I’m looking for a new noise-maker!
A: We are currently open for browsing at a time limit of 10 minutes per group of two. Our staff are available online and over the phone with great advice, and in-hand descriptions of any item.
Q: Are you still taking on repairs?
A: Unfortunately we're unable to take any more instrument repairs that are not intended for consignment until the end of 2020 but don't fret; 2021 is only around the corner!
Q: Are you still taking on consignments?
A: Yes we are. Please give us a call or send us an email beforehand with the details of the item you’re looking to sell and we’ll see if it's suitable for us to sell.
Q: Does free metro shipping within Australia for new items above $200 apply to second hand items?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to provide free shipping for second hand items. If you are in a remote area get in touch and we'll get your item delivered as cheap as humanly possible!
