Until advised that it’s safe to do otherwise we are engaging (like you) in social distancing. We'll be operating By Appointment Only, and will be adhering to the guidelines outlined by the Australian Government in response to COVID-19.

 

Our online store is still in full swing and our sanitised staff will be packing and shipping orders in our usual timely manner. We are ready as always to answer any queries online or over the phone. Please check out our COVID-19 FAQ below in regards to guitar repairs, consignments, online sales, and in-store pickup and appointment options during this period. COVID-19 FAQ*
 
Q: Can I pick up my online order in-store?
A: Yes. Please let our staff know via email or phone call when you'll be coming in to collect your order and we'll make sure it's ready to go. Don't forget a proof of ID! 

 

Q: Can I browse your store? I’m looking for a new noise-maker!

A: We are allowing brief visits to checkout specific items. Please research the items on our website before you come in to minimise time required in store. Our staff are available however with great advice, and in-hand descriptions of any item.


 Q: Are you still taking on repairs?

A: Don’t fret! We are still taking on guitar repairs. Please get in touch to organise an appointment to drop off the guitar.

 

Q: Are you still taking on consignments?

A: Yes we are. Please give us a call or send us an email beforehand with the details of the item you’re looking to sell and we’ll see if we have the room.

 

  Q: There is a specific item you have that I know I want, can I swing by and grab it?

A: Yes! In the case that you know what you want, we can serve you.

 

  Q: Does free metro shipping within Australia for new items above $200 apply to second hand items?

A: Unfortunately we are unable to provide free shipping for second hand items. If you are in a remote area get in touch and we'll get your item delivered as cheap as humanly possible!
