This Elepian EP-730T is a Japanese Electromechanical Piano, manufactured in the '70s or '80s. Built to look like an acoustic upright piano, though smaller and much lighter. It can be described as being a cross between a Wurlitzer and a Rhodes. It features a Wurlitzer-like tuning fork design with a Rhodes-like action. 75 weighted keys, 6 octaves F to F, with two additional keys above the highest F. It features built in speakers, volume control, tremolo with adjustable depth and speed , auxiliary in and out, two headphone jacks as well as two pedals for sustain and dampening. The action is well made and adjustable via plastic posts at the base of the mechanism with a screwdriver. The timbre is also adjustable with a screwdriver, altering the balance of the overtones vs fundamental note. It’s in really good condition and it sounds amazing.
Serviced and set up in 2025.
