ting is a handheld performance microphone built for playful, lo-fi experimentation. It combines live vocal effects, onboard sample playback, and hands-on modulation in a self-contained unit you can plug straight into a sound system or portable rig.
Four built-in voice effects cover echo, echo with spring-style reverb, pitch-shifted “pixie,” and robotic textures, all adjustable in real time using the modulation lever. It also includes four user-replaceable samples stored in its internal memory, triggerable directly from the mic for quick drops, stabs, or interruptions mid-performance.
With a 3.5 mm line output and deliberately gritty sound character, ting is designed as an instrument in its own right, favouring immediacy, texture, and fun over fidelity.
