The Warm Audio Fen-tone is a recreation of a classic 50s ribbon mic design with modern components, iconic tones, and feature upgrades. Delivering rich detail at high SPLs, the figure-8 Fen-tone is ideal for lots of instruments, especially guitar cabs, horns, drum overheads, pianos, and more. In addition to custom, premium components, Fen-tone includes an in-line Warm Lifter preamp to add 26dB of clean, analog gain to setups with inferior or underpowered preamps.
