Gretsch USA Custom Six-ply maple/gumwood shells with staggered, butt-joined laminations - trimmed, machined, and white wood sanded over a rigourous ten days.
Finished with a Rosewood stain, seal, and seal-sanding repeatedly prior to six coats of lacquer and an equally extensive hand-rubbing, and waxing. The inside of the drums were sealed with a secret formula silver sealant, and hand tuned before leaving the factory. Die-cast hoops, and some groovy old Remo heads round out this fabulous piece that's screaming to get back into the studio or onto the stage.
