The Buchla 257 was the original voltage processing module that let you scale, add, mix, invert, and multiply in the classic Buchla 200 series system. Now it's been painstakingly recreated for Eurorack by Tiptop Audio, with full blessing from Buchla.
The module consists of two sections, which each allow you to attenuvert a voltage, add it to a second scaled/crossfaded voltage, and then summed to a manual offset. This lets you condition all your CV and audio sources to create the exact modulation you need for your other modules. Very useful!
