This updated design delivers two pedals in one. It pairs a classic TS808-style overdrive—built around the legendary JRC4558D IC for that smooth, warm, and subtly clipped tone—with a powerful boost circuit offering up to 20 dB of gain at the press of a switch.
Each section features its own true-bypass footswitch, providing complete independence and flexibility. Use the overdrive and boost separately, stack them together for added punch, push the overdrive with extra volume, or engage the boost alone to lift your clean tone.
A toggle switch lets you place the boost either before or after the overdrive circuit, while a rear-panel switch allows operation at 9V or 18V for expanded headroom and response. It’s the classic Screamer sound you know and love—refined, expanded, and taken to the next level.
