It seems safe to assume that Grain from 2hp is the smallest granular processor to date. The miniature size of the module, however, hides its potential for extreme sonic atomization. Any incoming sound gets split into small particles, the amount and positioning of which is definable by the density parameter. The resulting texture can be further re-pitched via frequency control or using external voltages applied to the v/8 input. A 'mix' control helps in establishing the right balance between the original and processed sounds.
