The Mellotron M4000D is a 24 bit digital uncompressed audio playback unit with 100 Mellotron and Chamberlin sounds built in. Extra cartridges are available with 100 sounds each. Features a custom full Mellotron style wood keyboard with depth sensitivity and polyphonic aftertouch out via MIDI. The front panel user inteface has 2 TFT-displays of high quality and are capable of showing pictures of the actual instruments.
Outputs, all with gold-plated contacts, include three balanced connectors (XLR) and three line connectors (1/4-in) for the A and B bank outputs plus the Master; 1/4-in connectors for sustain, expression and volume pedals, and for headphones; and MIDI in, out and thru.
