Rare 1973 Gibson Les Paul Signature Bass featuring a ES-335 style laminate maple body, 3 piece mahogany neck with volute, tulip tuners & Les Paul Signature 'low impedance' Super Humbucker soapbar pickup in original cream casing.
1970s DiMarzio Mudbucker style pickup installed long ago with coil split switch. Original truss rod cover is missing (washer installed in truss rod cavity on nut - turns okay but not a lot of give left to tighten). Action is currently fine and plays great with low medium height.
Missing original chicken head knob on Varitone switch. Strap pin has been replaced at some stage to the top horn position however back in original position. Made in USA.
Includes original hard case.
