The Defender Of The Hate Plus is an enhanced version of the popular Defender of the Hate pedal, maintaining its Russian Muff style circuit while introducing a range of additional features. This model includes standard Volume, Tone, and Gain controls, with an added Mid Shift control on the exterior for easier access to that sought-after sound.
On the left side of the pedal, two switches offer customizable clipping options for each of the two gain stages. The first gain stage allows for a choice between Silicon (standard in the original Defender) or LEDs to broaden the sonic possibilities. The second gain stage provides options of Silicon (as in the original Defender), Asymmetrical diodes, or Germanium diodes, enhancing the versatility of the pedal.
