The Rossum Electro Panharmonium is a 26HP Mutating Spectral Resynthesiser, designed by Bob Bliss. The Panharmonium is a a module that allows you to analyse the spectral content of any audio signal and use that analysis to drive a bank of 1 to 33 oscillators. Depending on the various control settings, Panharmonium can accurately reproduce the input spectrum in real time or modify it in a all manner of interesting ways.
