Grassi, a tactile module, incorporates twelve square waves serving as clock and data signals for shift registers, each accompanied by a basic resistor DAC. These DACs facilitate clockwise and counterclockwise modulation, forming closed loops of perpetual modulation activated by touch. Each of the six outputs features a single four-bit DAC. When listened to in their raw state, they produce a range of sounds from modern tones to pure noise upon touch. Upon release of touch, each DAC retains the current position of its data. Consequently, this data can function as control voltage (CV) for up to six additional operators, becoming scrambled upon touch. The process unfolds as: Touch -> Scramble -> Listen; Untouch -> Hold -> Feed.
