It sounds great, it looks great, the Danelectro Hodad Baritone takes it's design cues from late '50s and early '60s surf rock axes. It features a lightweight masonite body with a bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fretboard, 24 frets, 29 1/2" scale length and 3 single soil lipstick pickups controlled by a stacked pot with volume and tone control and a 6 position 'Select-O-Matic' rotary switch to select pickups and a two way switch to bypass the rotary and put all pickups in series together.
