1997 Fender JM66 crafted in Japan featuring a full Sen (ash) body & not the usual basswood body, 2 x single coil pickups, 2 x 1meg pots, 1 volume & 1 tone control with a three way switch and rhythm switch.
Gorgeous 3-Tone Burst finish with deep reds that lets the grain show right through. Maple neck with rosewood fingerboard and black side dots. Kluson style tuners, original JM-style bridge with slotted saddles, ornate ashtray-style bridge cover, cream plastics, 4-ply tortoise shell (that pre dates those awful CIJ 'Ketchup Guards' & is quite convincing too!) & iconic floating Vibrato system.
Made in the Dyna Gakki factory (Tokai) for Fender Japan during their contracted first year of production.
Includes non original HSC.
Excellent condition for a 26 year old. Showing only one little mark on the back of the body (pictured) and plenty of fret life left too (approximately 90%).
Bridge has been stabilised with rubber sides to prevent bridge sinking. Setup with D'Addario EXL140 Nickel Wound 10-52.
Does not include original arm however we have them available for purchase.
