The LBX-S is a cross between the LBXI and the LBXII, it blends the clean Green channel with the "full burn" Red for a huge range in tone, from crystal clear cleans to a sizzly modern Brit sound with bite and attitude.
This lunchbox head comes with four JJ ECC83S (12AX7) preamp tubes and two JJ EL84 power tubes. It also features dual-concentric gain and volume knobs that provide precise and separate management of each channel, in addition to shared presence and resonance EQ controls. For the bedroom players and recording musicians there is also a 1/4 power switch to reduce the wattage to 3.5 and and get the saturation we all love at bedroom levels.
