The OB-XA is a sizeable analogue synthesiser renowned for its classic Oberheim sound. It shares many similarities in terms of sound, size and power with the Sequential Prophet 5. Nevertheless, the OB-XA distinguishes itself with the ability to split, layer and store up to 8 voices. As used by artists like Prince, Gary Numan, Paul McCartney (apparently), Kanye West (Surprisingly) & of course Eddie (RIP!). Built like an absolute tank. Made in USA.
