Future Sound Systems FIL3 Spectral Devastator

The FIL3 from FSS is a revamped version of the sought-after FIL2 Devastator, housed in 16HP. Finlay Shakespeare designed this module between 2011 and 2012, in an effort to find new voltage-controlled filter capabilities. While the FIL2 exhibited a different kind of harshness to incoming signals, the FIL3 offers more tonal scope with its Colour and Blast control knobs, as well as input and output Level parameters. Plus, the Normalling switches and Cut-off CV attenuverter from the original are still present. With tougher Cut-off controls, this module offers a huge range of expressive potential.
