Warranty

All second hand items are guaranteed to be working as described when received and include a 7 day inspection period.

If an item arrives not functioning as described, or if a fault is discovered that was not disclosed in the listing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can assess the issue and work towards a resolution.

This is not an extended warranty against future failure. As most second hand equipment has been used, and has an unknown service history, we cannot guarantee against faults that develop after purchase due to age, wear, misuse, accidental damage, environmental factors, modification, or normal component failure.

Any modifications, disassembly, repair attempts, misuse, mishandling, or damage occurring after delivery will void this guarantee.

New items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is typically 12 months unless otherwise specified.
