Lay-By Policy

Our lay-by term is three months for new items, and one month for second hand items unless another arrangement is made.

We understand that unexpected financial situations can arise, and we want to work with you to ensure that you can complete your lay-by and own your purchase without undue stress. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are having trouble meeting your payments. We will work with you to find a solution that works for both of us, such as extending the lay-by period or arranging a payment plan that suits your needs.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee or retain your deposit for cancellations, and extra fees may apply if the agreed term is exceeded. This is to ensure that we can continue to offer affordable lay-by options to all our customers and to cover any administrative costs associated with processing cancellations or extensions.
