1970s Yamaha SA1000 Super Axe semi-hollow featuring all the standard ES-335 appointments but met with Japanese precision and excellent build quality (vastly different to the often patchy Norlin-Gibsons). Featuring a laminate birch with centre block body finished in cherry poly, '59 profile neck and bound rosewood fingerboard. Nickel hardware and loaded with 2 x Yamaha A-11 humbucker which sound very clear & PAF-like. Made in Japan.
Includes original hardcase. Neck has been nicely refinished in nitro satin following neck break repair.
