This is a special electromagnetic tuner to accompany the Chromaplane.
When placed over the instrument, the tuner will silently listen for electromagnetic fields emitted from the Chromaplane’s surface and display information about the detected note.
The turner’s LED display shows the cents off, closest chromatic note, and current octave. Using the turner, you can silently tune the Chromaplane without having to listen to the instrument or pass its signal through additional gear.
The tuner runs off a single coin cell battery (CR2032), which is included.
