Leveraging advancements in both enclosure design and processing hardware, the wavestate module offers an impressive 120 stereo voices of polyphony. This new module, housed in a 4U rack-mount enclosure, maintains the same control layout as its keyboard counterparts, ensuring it is both portable and a seamless fit for any studio or desktop production setup.
In response to feedback from users, Korg have enhanced the LFOs with features such as free running, delayed start, and retriggering. Additionally, they have introduced new modulation sources and more. An upcoming software update will extend these improvements to the original wavestate as well.
The wavestate module boasts full compatibility with the sounds and samples from the entire wavestate series, including the original wavestate, wavestate mk II, wavestate SE, and wavestate native software, along with a wide range of exceptional third-party libraries.
