44153
Cutlasses Instruments GLOOP Experimental Looper Eurorack Module

Gloop is an experimental Eurorack audio looper with four simultaneous playback heads, designed for tape-style collage, layered loops and shifting textures. Record up to two minutes of audio, then independently control each playback head’s loop position, size, speed, pitch, direction, pan and volume.

Each head can loop a different section of the recorded material, run in reverse, or operate at altered speeds and pitches. Grid mode quantises loop positions and lengths across four, eight or sixteen regions for more rhythmically structured results. Dedicated level controls for each channel allow quick balancing and performance changes.

Recording and overdubbing can be initiated using the front-panel record button or trigger input. Four assignable CV inputs provide modulation over a range of parameters, including triggering, volume, loop size and playback position.

Onboard processing includes reverb, delay, bitcrushing, tape-style wow and flutter, saturation, and degradation. Playback heads can be routed independently to either or both mono outputs, allowing for stereo mixes or separate processing paths.

Features

Four simultaneous independent playback heads

Up to two minutes of recording time

Per-head control of speed, pitch, loop position, loop size, direction, pan and volume

Grid mode with four, eight or sixteen quantised loop regions

Record and overdub via front-panel record button or trigger input

Built-in reverb, delay, bitcrusher, wow and flutter, saturation, and tape degradation effects

Four assignable CV inputs with multiple modulation destinations

Playback heads can be routed to either or both mono outputs

OLED display for playback-head and effects settings

Specifications

Format: Eurorack module

Width: 16HP

Depth: 25mm

Current draw: 165mA @ +12V, 35mA @ -12V, 0mA @ +5V

Includes ribbon cable.

Product Specs

Item Number: 44153

Make: Cutlasses Instruments

Model: GLOOP

Condition: Very Good

Finish: Black

Categories: keyboards-and-synths ⇒ eurorack

Function: Effect Looper Pitch Shifter Delay Reverb

Year: 2020s

Made In: United Kingdom

MPN: 44153

Modular Grid: Eurorack ⓘ ＋

Dimensions: 16 HP 25 mm deep

Power: 165 mA +12V 35 mA -12V 0 mA 5V

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2604/0858/files/Cutlasses_Instruments_GLOOP_sku_44153_MPN.heic?v=1791520722
