A far cry from other 'mini' guitars on the market, this now-classic trailblazer from Maton punches well above it's weight/size in terms of playability, tone ands electronics. This particularly Mini Maton is made to Aussie rock-legend Mark Lizotte's - AKA Diesel's - particular specifications, with an all-solid mahogany body, ebony fretoboard and bridge, bone nut and AP5 Pro pickup - perhaps it's coolest feature. The AP5 allows the user to blend the tone of a traditional piezo-style under-saddle pickup with the truer more natural tone of an actual microphone, positioned expertly by the craftspeople at Maton for the nicest tone.
