2016 James Trussart offset Steel top 'Titanic' Telemaster utilising a chambered pine body in a driftwood finish, oxidised copper top with a sugar pine neck finished in an ebony stain, medium-jumbo frets, 10" radius, classic Arcane T-style pickups & electronics. 25-1/2" scale, 1-5/8" nut width, & weighing in at a featherweight 3.35kg.
Tussart sandwiches steel with agrestal materials and ages them for many years in various saltwater solutions. The result is a piece of steel etched by nature and time. Each guitar is unique... and there's no telling if or when more 'titanic' models will be made again.
The Titanic series from the mid to late 2010s provide a considered take on the relic aesthetic – amazing instruments that look like they were pulled from a centuries-old shipwreck.
That said, this isn't an art piece. Trussart guitars feel incredible and play extremely well.
Setup with Elixir Optiweb Custom Lights (9-46) & fantastic low action. Includes original hardshell case tolexed in silver cloth (alike the pre-CBS Fender Mustang cases)* & all original paperwork.
*Side case buckles are unable to close shut however centre buckle is fully functioning.
