1970s all analogue multi-effect unit made by Maestro (under the Gibson brand) for woodwind instruments. Featuring controls such as Fuzz Tone (inspired by the FZ-1), Cello, Tuba, Bassoon, English Horn and the infamous Oboe D'Amore favoured by Zappa as well as a tremolo effect. As used by Frank Zappa & The Mothers, Van Der Graaf Generator and Kraftwerk.
Features two inputs and separate modes for clarinet or saxophone however the unit can be used with electric guitar if a preamp or boost is engaged before the unit in the signal chain (1/4" to 3.5mm adapter is necessary to perform this).
220 volt unit. Could run hot on 240 volts.
